How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our warehouse in Campsie, NSW. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of being placed, and your tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within Australia, with no minimum spend. We currently ship within Australia only.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions for your order. Return & Refund Policy
Who pays for return shipping?
If the problem is ours — wrong item, damaged in transit or faulty on arrival — we cover it. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is yours to pay.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide beside the size selector, in Australian sizing. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, or email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly which way to go.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars, with nothing added at checkout.
