We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags attached. Email support@winslowlane.com with your order number first and we will send the return instructions for your order.
Wash cool and inside out to keep colour and shape. Hand wash where you can; on a machine use a gentle or hand-wash cycle to avoid shrinking or damaging the fabric.
Do not tumble dry — air dry flat, away from direct sun. Warm iron on the reverse if needed, and avoid ironing over any print or trim.
Knitwear should be dried flat rather than hung, so the shoulders keep their line.
