An all-white set: the shirt knitted in an open diamond pattern that lets air through the cloth, the trousers in a smooth ribbed polyester that balances the texture above. Point collar and a full button-through front on the shirt. Wear the two together for a resort look, or take either piece into the rest of the wardrobe.

Wash cool and inside out to keep colour and shape. Hand wash where you can; on a machine use a gentle or hand-wash cycle to avoid shrinking or damaging the fabric.

Do not tumble dry — air dry flat, away from direct sun. Warm iron on the reverse if needed, and avoid ironing over any print or trim.

Knitwear should be dried flat rather than hung, so the shoulders keep their line.

Chest — across the top one inch below the armhole, doubled.
Top length — from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
Waist and hip — across the bottoms, doubled.
